# DAO

## Main function

The main purpose of the SCS DAO is to vote on future prospects and hold exclusive events for the Camels holders.

## DAO Fund

10% of mint fund and 80% profit generated from the project (Secondary sales, Merch store & Metaverse Games) will fund to community wallet to commitment transparency. Each position or allocation will be vote on and discussed in our DAO, this could include the purchase of asset ($APTOS $ETH $SOL etc) Or invest in potential projects. NFT will be purchased using the DAO funds and raffled off to $SCS holders.

## Vote

NFT holders will gain access to the DAO. Our team will start to enable our system that will allow holders of the project to have voting power on all major decision. This gives NFT holders a say in how their assets are used and helps to ensure that they are used in a way that benefits the community as a whole.

Each Camels NFT will count as one vote. Most major changes regarding the project will be decided by the DAO, such as:

1. Development of Metaverse
2. Next steps in the roadmap
3. Community events
4. Any major change that has a huge impact on the project.
5. Manage DAO fund

Usually if the team has a new ambitious idea, they will ask the community in Discord first. If it gets a good response, it will go to the DAO, where the main vote will be held. We want to involve the community in the project as much as possible.
